Silver Motion w/ Laurel

A low impact class with alternating intervals and movements. Set up at stations with equipment utilizing ball, bands with handles, low steps and hand weights. Targeting muscular strength and designed to increase cardiovascular and muscular endurance as well as balance for the active senior.
